Jayalakshmi, whose popular shield name was Fatafat Jayalakshmi (1 November 1958 – 21 Nov 1980), was an Indian entertainer active mainly in Tamil service Telugu films. In Malayalam films she was known as Supriya. She acted about 66 flicks in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam bear Kannada within a decade familiar her career.
Career
She made squash debut in 1972 in Dravidian movie Iddaru Ammayilu which has Akkineni Nageswara Rao in inner role. Same year she emerged in A. Personal life
Jayalakshmi was born in 1958 to author and assistant director Dasaratha Rami Reddy.
